Hi, thanks for visiting my web page. My name is Christopher Breen. For much of my life I worked in roles which saw me responsible for people and their wellbeing, roles which demand awareness and a sensitivity to the needs of team members. Additionally over the years I have been honoured to be an MC at various weddings and parties, facilitated many corporate meetings and planning sessions and spoken at or officiated funerals. All these experiences have allowed me to develop strong interpersonal, planning and presentation skills.

As the years passed, I started to take the time to stand back and as they say “smell the roses”.  Culminating in me realising, that my passion to “make a difference” was every bit as strong. It is for that reason I became an accredited Civil Celebrant.

Whatever the occasion a wedding, a renewal of vows, a commitment ceremony or a Baby naming, as your celebrant I have the capacity to make your event something that will be remembered for a lifetime .

 
From our very first meeting, my focus will be to listen and respond to what it is that you want for your ceremony. If you are lacking in ideas I am able to assist you and guide you through the process. I am able to provide input, that will allow us to work together to create

Chris, I am extremely happy with everything you have done for us as our wedding celebrant. You were very helpful and pleasant in our first phone conversation. You readily came out to meet me at my own residence in Maitland, which made things very easy for me. At our first face-to-face meeting you were professional and knowledgeable and your calm and friendly demeanor made me feel sure that you were the perfect celebrant for us. I liked the way you kept assuring me, 'it's my ceremony', and I could do it in any way I wanted. You were extremely accommodating and we worked through any possible issues with ease. As I live outside of Australia, you made sure you were easily contactable by email and even Skype, and the thorough and thoughtful documents you sent by email to assist in planning the words and sequence were perfect. On the day you were reassuring, professional, friendly and patient. You laughed with us and definitely shared the spirit of our joyous day. Following the ceremony you made a special trip to lodge our papers so that we could collect them as soon as possible. Thank you Chris for everything you did to make sure our wedding was most certainly a 'ceremony to remember'.  I would recommend you to any prospective client in a heartbeat.
